Youth Reach is located in Brookvale, Sydney.  Youth Reach is a leading youth service working with young people from 11-24 years of age.

Youth Reach is a safe place where young people can escape life’s pressures and experience a nurturing environment.  Youth Reach provides a diverse range of services to young people including:

- The Youth Connections Program
- Sporting and recreational activities
- School out-reach programs
- Alternative learning initiatives
- Self development
- Referrals and advocacy

Youth Reach is the Youth Connections Provider for the NSW05 region, funded by the Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

The aim of Youth Connections is to provide a safety net for young people who have disengaged from education or are at risk of disengaging, and will offer flexible case managed support and services.
